Print My Certificate

 

1. Log into your CFM portal account. Once logged in, you should see your name on the top right of the page next to a profile icon.
    
2. Click on "Certification" in the top navigation, then click "View/Renew My Certification" from the dropdown menu. 
   
    
3. Click the radio button next to your Active CFM Certification. Above the header row, a new gray row will appear. Click on the icon/text "Print".
   
   Note: Watch for the pop-up blocker message. You may need to disable the pop-up blocker feature to see the pdf version of your certificate.
    
4. Once the certificate appears, you may save the certificate to your files or print the file.
